Women's sport in general has gained positive momentum and visibility for us does matter. But now we're going to go a whole summer of just watching men's sport again. Chelsea were named WSL champions on a points-per-game basis after the season was ended last month, while discussions continue on whether to resume the women's FA Cup, which reached the quarter-final stage before elite football was suspended in England in March.
With the troubles both of these sides have shown in finding the back of the net, it should come as no surprise to learn that we do not expect there to be a lot between these two sides. With just nine goals scored in total at the Pirelli in the league this season, it is a venue which is well used to low scoring matches, and given that the visitors have scored an average of just 1.4 goals per game on the road, backing there to be less than 2.5 goals scored looks to be a pretty safe bet.
Chinese health authorities said there were 7,711 confirmed cases of infection as of the end of Wednesday, mostly in Hubei province, while infections have been reported in at least 15 other countries. The virus has had a major impact on China's sporting landscape, with several events cancelled and the country's Olympic women's football team quarantined in Australia.
Nice were humiliated on Wednesday as they were beaten 4-1 by Saint-Étienne. It was another poor performance from les Aiglons as they dropped down to 14th. Nice have won just two of their last eleven games in all competitions and have been severely underperforming for a team that finished 7th last year. They've conceded eleven goals in their last six games and have relied on their home form to keep them relatively afloat in recent weeks.
Both of these sides will likely approach this in a positive manner given their recent good form, so an end to end, attacking game of football appears to be on the cards. The hosts have been excellent in front of goal and have scored two or more goals in six of their eight home league games so far this season. Meanwhile, their visitors have been improving in front of goal but, with three goals conceded in their last two outings, they appear to have scrapped their solid foundation in favour of a more attacking approach. All this leads us to believe that goals are the order of the day, and with the prolific nature of Cheltenham on home soil at the moment, backing them to score over 1.5 team goals is where we are placing our trust.

But Juan Gongora's own goal put Real back in front before former Manchester City midfielder Brahim Diaz made sure of victory in added time.

Portugal 0-1 Greece (2004) Media playback is not supported on this device Archive: Portugal v Greece - Euro 2004 Pre-tournament 80-1 outsiders Greece caused one of the biggest shocks in footballing history when they went all the way, beating hosts Portugal in the opening game and the final. Otto Rehhagel's solid defensive set up for his side saw them keep three clean sheets in the knockout stages, all with 1-0 victories, including the final in Lisbon in which Angelos Charisteas leapt at the near post to head home for a remarkable win.
Morgan Sanson (Marseille) WHY COULD HE MOVE Constrained by financial fair play, Marseille will have no choice but to let him go. His box-to-box prowess should suit a number of top clubs, especially after another solid season, and reports in France suggest Sanson will be spoiled for choice. WHO IS INTERESTED? Sanson has plenty of admirers in the Premier League with Leicester City, West Ham and Aston Villa all linked with the French midfielder.
Lechia played their first game since the season restarted at home with Arka Gdynia and it was a really crazy game with both teams having the lead one after the other and scoring goals like crazy but in the end Lechia Gdansk won the game with 4-3 so no less than 7 goals being scored in the end and last round just a couple of days ago they played away from home at Gornik Zabrze which are a really good home side and they scored 2 goals and also conceded 2 goals as that game also had over 3.5 goals scored in it in a 2-2 draw in the end.
Pearson last managed in the Premier League at Leicester City but was sacked in May 2015 and replaced by Claudio Ranieri, with the Foxes winning the Premier League title the following season. He has since had a five-month spell at Derby County, leaving by mutual consent in October 2016 and at Belgian First Division side OH Leuven, where he was sacked in February 2019. Watford under-23 coach Hayden Mullins took charge for the defeat at Leicester City on Wednesday.
Runaway leaders Liverpool were held to a goalless draw by rivals Everton meaning they must wait a little longer to be crowned Premier League champions. Manchester City have restarted in perfect fashion with a 3-0 victory over Arsenal followed up by another 5-0 thrashing of Burnley. Jose Mourinho's Tottenham drew 1-1 with his old side Manchester United, while Norwich looked doomed after a 3-0 drubbing at home against Southampton.
The next game takes us to Poland. This is where Wisla Plock and Lech Posen face each other. Wisla is on the 6th place in the table with 27 points. The guest stands with 23 points on the ninth place in the table. Both teams have a growing record. The host can be from the last. 5 games have only one win. The guest has lost only one game. They are also strong away from home. But the hosts are also very strong in their own stadium. So I think that they will not lose in their own stadium at least. At home, they scored 11 goals in four games and mostly won by two goals.
European football's powerbrokers will meet by video conference on Tuesday to discuss how to deal with the fallout from the coronavirus crisis that has caused the game to grind to a halt. BBC Sport has been told "nothing is off the table" as attempts are found to deal with the biggest issue facing football in modern times. Other sides are interested in the 20-year-old playmaker but he would prefer to stay and fight for his place under Zinedine Zidane. Paper Round’s view: Diaz is clearly a very talented youngster, and if he is struggling to get minutes then he should consider a temporary move away in order to continue his development.
The Eerste Divisie sides stood together before the match wearing anti-racism tops, and supporters held up red cards reading "show racism the red card" during the 18th minute - the number Excelsior winger Moreira, 24, wears on his shirt. Moreira said he had been called a "negro and cotton-picker" by Den Bosch fans on Sunday, though the hosts initially claimed the striker mistook "crow sounds" for racist abuse.
It's worth noting however, that Liverpool conceded each of the last seven of those home wins, and shorn of the defensive talents of suspended goalkeeper Allison and first choice anchorman Fabinho, we think the Reds are likely to concede again this week.
